The Hand Held Honey Refractometer (honey meter) has 3 scales:
1, 10 - 33 % for measurement of honey moisture, .
2, 58-92% for brix,
3, 38 - 43 Be for Glucose Baume.
It is suitable for beekeepers, and all who needs check bee honey quality (e.g. in food industry).

Measuring Range: 58-92%Brix, 38-43 Be°, 12-27% Water.
Division: 0.5% Brix, 0.5 Be°, 1% Water.
Accuracy: ±0.5% Brix, ±0.5 Be° , ±1% Water
2, Usage
Step 1, Open the cap on the front, check and clean the prisma.
Step 2, Place the solution on the prisma, Assure the solution is spread over the prisma evenly,
avoid buble in the solution, close the cap gently.
Step 3, Make sure enough light pass through the light panel, adjust the regulating wheel the obtain a clear reading.
